Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or a related professional discipline.
- Experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity within an agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing non-waterfall projects and implementing agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop detailed project documentation, including resource plans and schedules.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing vendor integrations for multifaceted projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading the responsible development and implementation of assigned projects while managing operational, administrative, and human resources functions.
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to ensure mission alignment.
- Conducting regular project meetings and maintaining responsibility for comprehensive project tracking and analytical reporting.
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and performing rigorous reviews of all project deliverables.
- Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking vendor deliverables to ensure contract compliance and technical accuracy.
- Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team while serving as the principal point of liaison with external constituencies.
- Recommending and taking decisive action to direct the analysis and solutions of complex problems as they arise.
- Providing day-to-day technical and professional leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise to maintain project momentum.
