- Experience leading teams of engineers to deliver large projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products
- Experience building 0→1 products
- Experience solving large scale problems
- Experience with Typescript, React, GraphQL, and MongoDB
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills
Responsibilities
- Contribute to roadmap development and planning alongside EM & PM
- Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers
- Collaborate with other teams on cross-cutting engineering initiatives
- Build common product primitives
- Mentor engineers up to your own level
- Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture
