Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in full-stack, frontend, or backend roles
- Experience designing and operating microservices in production
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure or DevOps
- Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and React
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with automated testing and continuous integration
- Demonstrated AI fluency and strong judgment in AI-assisted work
Responsibilities
- Lead migration from monolithic codebase to distributed microservices architecture
- Design and build microservices with focus on observability and fault tolerance
- Deliver production-ready code at a high cadence
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and data science
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers
- Actively use AI tools for code generation, debugging, and documentation
