Requirements
- 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML will be a plus).
- IT background (technical understanding of web and mobile application development).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Knowledge of business analysis and process description, incl use cases, user stories, visual thinking/drawing.
- Experience in distributed teams management.
- Manual testing experience.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Attention to details.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Responsibilities
- Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers.
- Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.
- Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa.
- Estimating development efforts.
- Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer.
- Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards.
- Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers.
- Testing the system before the releases.
- Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery.
