Requirements
- Experience working with AI automation, conversational AI, chatbots, or AI agents
- Familiarity with OpenAI/ChatGPT-based tools and AI workflow implementation
- Experience handling customer service automation or reservation/booking workflows
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
- Experience organizing and structuring data for AI training purposes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and train AI-powered phone/chat agents using existing customer interactions and operational data
- Organize and structure company information, FAQs, call recordings, and workflows to improve AI learning and automation accuracy
- Implement AI systems capable of answering inbound customer inquiries and assisting with reservations/bookings
- Optimize conversational flows and customer experience through AI-driven automation
- Integrate AI tools with CRM systems, booking platforms, and communication channels
- Continuously test, improve, and maintain automation workflows and AI responses
- Support marketing automation initiatives and digital campaigns
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and general web-related tasks
