Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership.
  • Experience in high-volume environments preferred.
  • Track record of measurably improving sales performance.
  • Strong instincts for diagnosing and fixing performance issues.
  • Comfort operating in high-pressure, high-accountability environments.
  • Direct experience coaching, correcting, and pushing sales rep performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-performance sales engine focused on revenue impact.
  • Partner with recruiting to define and improve hiring criteria.
  • Create onboarding processes that accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Conduct live call reviews, deal breakdowns, and skill drills.
  • Track and analyze conversion rates and pipeline movement.
  • Develop playbooks to systematize winning sales behaviors.
  • Coach sales managers to improve their leadership and accountability.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, and Claude for performance improvement.
