- 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership.
- Experience in high-volume environments preferred.
- Track record of measurably improving sales performance.
- Strong instincts for diagnosing and fixing performance issues.
- Comfort operating in high-pressure, high-accountability environments.
- Direct experience coaching, correcting, and pushing sales rep performance.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-performance sales engine focused on revenue impact.
- Partner with recruiting to define and improve hiring criteria.
- Create onboarding processes that accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Conduct live call reviews, deal breakdowns, and skill drills.
- Track and analyze conversion rates and pipeline movement.
- Develop playbooks to systematize winning sales behaviors.
- Coach sales managers to improve their leadership and accountability.
- Leverage AI tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, and Claude for performance improvement.
