Requirements
- Advanced degree in life science field (PhD, PharmD, or DVM).
- 5+ years of research experience.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical development in biotech or pharma (preferred).
- Experience in immunology and/or dermatology (preferred).
- Understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex scientific data.
- Excellent planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical documents for trials such as protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
- Contribute scientific input to study design, endpoints, patient populations, and site selection.
- Monitor clinical trials for quality, safety, and adherence to protocols.
- Analyze clinical trial data and interpret results to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with data management and biostatistics on data collection tools and capture.
- Foster relationships with clinical investigators.
- Stay current with scientific literature and immunology advancements.
- Coordinate with clinical operations, medical affairs, regulatory, and biostatistics teams.
