Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information management, or a related field
  • Strong experience in sales enablement, PMO, consulting, or client-facing program management roles
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong capability in synthesizing technical, data, and product information into clear, structured messaging
  • Experience designing and improving operational processes, reporting frameworks, and governance structures
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for client and executive-facing materials
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members while contributing to organizational scaling efforts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales enablement strategies that support client-centric solutions and improve commercial performance across strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex product, data, and technical requirements into clear business solutions
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that improve transparency, engagement, and customer outcomes
  • Develop structured frameworks including RACIs, reporting systems, and process controls to ensure accountability and execution consistency
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while prioritizing deliverables and resource needs across projects
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership on business impacts, risks, proposed solutions, and investment requirements
  • Implement robust reporting and performance tracking systems to monitor progress against key objectives and milestones
  • Lead and mentor team members within a matrix organization, supporting capability development and scaling team capacity
  • Identify and resolve project risks, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies through proactive problem-solving approaches
