Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology enablement, digital transformation, or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of direct experience leading AI adoption initiatives, AI product strategy, automation programs, or enterprise change management efforts.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI and GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Google Vertex, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI-native tools, APIs, copilots, and emerging AI ecosystems.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive AI adoption across distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and program execution capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise customers on technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives is highly valued.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, data privacy standards, and evolving AI regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide AI enablement strategy that drives meaningful adoption and measurable business outcomes across technical and non-technical teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to integrate AI capabilities into product development workflows and operational processes.
- Design and deliver role-based AI enablement programs, workshops, and learning initiatives tailored to diverse organizational functions.
- Build and scale an internal AI Champions network to encourage knowledge-sharing, accelerate adoption, and identify operational challenges.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, acceptable use policies, and responsible AI practices that balance innovation with compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams to evaluate AI tools, manage AI investments, and ensure organizational readiness.
- Define and monitor AI adoption metrics, workforce readiness indicators, and ROI reporting for executive leadership and strategic planning.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing AI enablement team, including program managers, instructional designers, and AI specialists.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, regulatory developments, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions and best practices.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI fluency across the organization.
