  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • 7+ years of experience leading sales teams.
  • Track record of building or rebuilding a sales engine in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience selling to attorneys and law firms preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operating experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the new revenue number for LawRank on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Build accurate, defensible forecasts and manage them weekly.
  • Drive predictable, repeatable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Set quota and territory structure for the AE team.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team including AEs and SDRs.
  • Build scalable sales processes tailored to law firm buyers.
  • Partner with Marketing to align demand generation and pipeline strategy.
  • Optimize the sales tech stack including CRM, sequencing, and call recording.
  • Build strategic relationships with law firm leaders.
  • Partner with Client Success on handoffs and expansion.
