Requirements

  • Proven Enterprise Sales experience managing and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience closing expansion and renewal deals.
  • Skilled negotiator comfortable leading multi-year SaaS contract discussions.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-informed approach to account strategy.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience in retail, Asset Protection, or Loss Prevention environments (nice to have).
  • Experience operating within a land-and-expand SaaS model (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Own Tier 1 revenue growth through structured account planning and whitespace identification.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal outcomes end-to-end, leading discovery, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain disciplined use of sales tooling to ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Multi-thread across economic buyers and executive sponsors to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Anchor commercial decisions in ROI, structuring multi-year agreements.
  • Lead executive presentations and strategic discussions to articulate platform value.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with retail executives and Asset Protection/Loss Prevention leaders.
  • Execute land-to-expand model by assuming full commercial ownership post-initial contract.
  • Build 12–24 month expansion roadmaps aligned to customer objectives.
