Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement or Next preferred)
  • Experience building or supporting customer journeys and campaign workflows
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of CRM and customer data concepts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of Marketing Cloud Next across multiple Business Units
  • Assist with user setup, permissions, access management, and platform configuration
  • Maintain platform standards, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Support the configuration, QA, and deployment of customer journeys and automated campaigns
  • Assist with audience segmentation, data mapping, and campaign validation
  • Support audience activation workflows between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next
  • Support the ongoing migration from Iterable to Marketing Cloud Next
  • Monitor campaign workflows, automations, and platform activity
  • Support troubleshooting of platform and campaign issues
  • Maintain platform documentation, process guides, and operational runbooks
