Requirements

- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related
- Fluent English (B2 or above)
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for business users
- Analyze application logs and source code to resolve incidents
- Monitor application performance and manage incidents per SLAs
- Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate resolutions
- Document incidents and resolutions
- Identify and escalate recurring issues
- Support testing and deployment of updates
