Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead PLG analytics for self-service business (conversion, usage-based cohorting, experimentation).
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with Marketing Data Engineering to scale pilots.
- Build relationships with sales and marketing leaders to identify growth experiments.
- Build feedback loops with sales teams to validate play effectiveness.
- Distill complex insights into clear communication for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain analytical toolkits, scoring models, and segmentation frameworks.
