Responsibilities

  • Lead PLG analytics for self-service business (conversion, usage-based cohorting, experimentation).
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Python and SQL.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Data Engineering to scale pilots.
  • Build relationships with sales and marketing leaders to identify growth experiments.
  • Build feedback loops with sales teams to validate play effectiveness.
  • Distill complex insights into clear communication for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain analytical toolkits, scoring models, and segmentation frameworks.
