- Experience
- 5 or more years of clinical experience
Requirements
- Active U.S. clinical license (MD or DO)
- 5 or more years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with clinical leadership
- Familiarity with RPM, CCM, APCM, or comparable digital health frameworks
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, and Slack
- Comfort with AI-assisted tools
- Ability to travel 2 to 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead clinical liaison for partner providers across multiple regions
- Partner with PRMs on clinic visits and ongoing relationship management
- Communicate the clinical rationale behind Cadence’s care protocols
- Lead onboarding and training for new clinic partners
- Resolve provider concerns with empathy and clinical judgment
- Translate field insights into actionable intelligence for internal teams
