Requirements
- 3+ years experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric.
- Ability to establish enterprise AI governance models and secure data access.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset for complex business process mapping.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce, SAP ERP, and EDI protocols.
- Track record in designing scalable, supportable low-code/no-code solutions.
- Willingness to work night or EMEA shifts Manila time.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Drive automations to shorten order-to-cash cycles and improve revenue accuracy.
- Measure, report, and communicate impact and ROI.
- Test, deploy, and support automations in production.
- Lead end-to-end solution design using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Architect and deploy AI patterns such as RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
- Establish enterprise-grade governance including release management, monitoring, and auditability.
