Requirements
- Track record of growth or marketing leadership in fast-growing B2B SaaS
- Experience in dev-first, API-native environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise software markets and developer tools
- Proven experience running data-driven campaigns driving pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on experience with full GTM stack: paid channels, SEO, ABM, PLG
- Strong sales exposure and understanding of revenue-generating activities
- Proficiency in funnel metrics and ROI math (CAC, LTV, SQLs)
- Comfort leading with action and hands-on execution
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams
- Customer-first mindset focused on developer communities
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Go-To-Market strategy across all channels
- Run growth experiments across the funnel
- Launch integrated campaigns including digital, content, partnerships, and events
- Shape and refine messaging and positioning for developers, platform engineers, and CTOs
- Build, track, and optimize the marketing funnel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Success
- Implement and manage marketing tools like Salesforce, Koala, and Active Campaign
- Lead thought leadership initiatives
- Develop and scale brand identity and awareness
- Recruit and lead a high-performing marketing team
