- Proven success leading marketing organizations and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise across core product marketing disciplines including positioning, go-to-market strategy, pricing, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to shape executive-level messaging and influence senior leadership stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Experience driving brand awareness, market authority, and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the company’s market positioning, category narrative, and messaging framework.
- Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee and mentor high-performing brand, communications, creative, and product marketing teams.
- Develop and scale thought leadership initiatives.
- Drive earned and owned media strategies.
- Partner with executive leadership to strengthen public presence.
- Ensure alignment between brand narrative, product positioning, and sales enablement.
- Provide executive oversight for product marketing functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the full customer journey.
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and budgets.
