Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- 5+ years leading growth or demand generation teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven experience coaching and scaling high-performing marketing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Deep experience designing and executing demand generation strategies for complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven ability to generate and accelerate pipeline across large target accounts (ABM).
- Expertise in digital demand generation channels (Paid search/social, SEO, AI search, content-led demand).
- Deep understanding of marketing operations and technology stacks (Salesforce, Hubspot, Qualified, Clay, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead global marketing pipeline generation strategy across digital, campaigns, field, ABM, and outbound channels.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events, website optimization, operations, and analytics.
- Establish clear performance frameworks and accountability across the organization.
- Drive digital demand and website performance to establish category leadership.
- Establish rigorous measurement frameworks connecting marketing investment to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Partner with Revenue Operations for attribution, funnel visibility, and forecasting alignment.
- Develop integrated marketing programs to accelerate enterprise revenue and deal progression.
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing budget planning and reconciliation.
