Requirements
- 7+ years’ proven success in business development within a Clinical Trial environment.
- Strong experience in selling end-to-end clinical trial operations.
- Strong network of contacts within biotech and pharma across Europe.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales goals and securing long-term client partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent travel (30–60%)
Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed annual sales targets by developing and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Sell Allucent’s full portfolio of development solutions—focusing on Phase I to Phase III.
- Coordinate and drive business opportunities along the sales cycle from lead generation, CDA, RFI/RFP, bid defense, award, through contract execution.
- Coordinate, drive and host client meetings and bid pursuits.
- Provide leadership, guidance and insights of client needs to internal teams.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Represent Allucent at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
