Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations or an ops-heavy digital marketing role in B2B SaaS.
- Expert HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge.
- WordPress technical ownership experience.
- AI-native mindset with demonstrated use of AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or equivalent.
- Experience in high-growth companies.
- HubSpot certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the MarTech stack end to end: HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, ABM and intent platforms, ad platforms, webinar tools, and the integrations that hold them together.
- Own the operational layer of the client's website: CMS administration, integrations, technical implementation of conversion paths, forms, tracking, and tag management.
- Own data governance: contact database integrity, deduplication, enrichment, list management, and enforcement of compliance and consent policies.
- Build and continuously optimize campaign infrastructure, workflows, lead scoring, routing, and full-funnel attribution reporting.
- Own marketing reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools.
- Use AI to accelerate execution, automate repetitive workflows, surface insights faster, and continuously raise the bar.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert across the full MarTech stack, owning integrations, tool evaluations, vendor relationships, and documentation.
- Partner closely with RevOps on shared data, attribution, routing, scoring, and SLAs.
