Requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong sourcing expertise.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools like Lever.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and other key roles across our global organization.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and drive recruiting strategies.
  • Source strategically using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and proactive outreach.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment, advising on profiles and market dynamics.
  • Champion the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate funnel performance and improve time-to-fill.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
