Requirements
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong sourcing expertise.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools like Lever.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strategic mindset and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and other key roles across our global organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and drive recruiting strategies.
- Source strategically using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and proactive outreach.
- Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment, advising on profiles and market dynamics.
- Champion the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate funnel performance and improve time-to-fill.
- Collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
