Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web content management and digital publishing.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
- 2+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise content across multi-site, multi-market, and multilingual environments.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM authoring, components, dialogs, and content fragments.
- Strong experience with AEM Assets (DAM) governance.
- Proficiency in AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), live copies, and rollouts.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar workflow tools.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day content operations across AEM-managed websites.
- Define and maintain authoring standards and editorial workflows.
- Manage multi-site content operations using AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM).
- Manage digital assets within AEM Assets (DAM).
- Lead content quality assurance and UAT before go-live.
- Mentor junior content authors and CMS specialists.
- Act as primary point of contact between marketing, design, and development teams.
- Monitor content performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Troubleshoot AEM authoring, rendering, and workflow issues.
