Requirements
- Dual licensed clinician with independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Additional licensure in one of these states: CA, DC, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NC, OH, PA, VA, WV.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults.
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders.
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week.
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools to monitor progress.
- Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method.
- Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on a HIPAA-compliant video platform to doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
- Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR.
- Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes.
