Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
- Build caseload with steady client referrals
- Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability for full-time or 15+ hours for part-time
- Provide exceptional client care
- Maintain optimal work-life balance
