Requirements
- Independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Secondary active license in CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, or WV
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, or first responders
- Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
- Proficiency in video platforms, EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, Gottman Method)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality mental health therapy to healthcare professionals via video platforms
- Incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools like PHQ-9 to monitor patient progress
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method
- Practice cultural humility and patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate records using EHR and digital scheduling tools
