Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions (individual and group).
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop patient treatment plans.
- Maintain clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal/regulatory standards.
- Perform crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage in individual and group supervision.
- Provide case management services to support recovery.
- Participate in ongoing professional education and competency training.
