Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in graphic design with a heavy specialisation in Print Production or Pre-Press
- Experience in a retail studio or production house
- Deep understanding of the differences between RGB and CMYK
- Proficiency in ink limits, bleeds, die-lines, and large-format printing
- Proficiency in digital design standards (HTML5 banner specs, social media ratios)
- Absolute mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Figma
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the adaptation of 2D retail assets for product launches and sustain phases.
- Create and distribute region-led master templates.
- Conceptualise and design bespoke seasonal or sustainable campaigns.
- Build and enhance the regional retail creative playbook and guidelines.
- Manage complex print specifications and review G7 certified technical proofs.
- Own the colourproofing program in APAC.
- Review prototypes and production samples for quality and accuracy.
- Safeguard retail brand execution against global standards.
- Implement AI-centred creative workflows and predictive visual analytics.
