Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive employee relations experience.
  • Experience managing people.
  • Proven track record of leading ER in a global context.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-risk investigations.
  • In-depth understanding of US employment laws, including ADA, ADEA, and FMLA.
  • Working knowledge of California and New York employment laws.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws.
  • Exceptional judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the global employee relations strategy.
  • Manage and develop a global team of 4 ER professionals.
  • Oversee complex and sensitive investigations globally.
  • Provide guidance on complex accommodation, leave, and performance matters.
  • Act as a strategic partner to People Partners and senior leadership on organizational health.
  • Elevate manager capabilities regarding employee issues and performance concerns.
  • Manage ER data, reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Improve ER processes for efficiency and scalability.
