Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive employee relations experience.
- Experience managing people.
- Proven track record of leading ER in a global context.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-risk investigations.
- In-depth understanding of US employment laws, including ADA, ADEA, and FMLA.
- Working knowledge of California and New York employment laws.
- Knowledge of global employment laws.
- Exceptional judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the global employee relations strategy.
- Manage and develop a global team of 4 ER professionals.
- Oversee complex and sensitive investigations globally.
- Provide guidance on complex accommodation, leave, and performance matters.
- Act as a strategic partner to People Partners and senior leadership on organizational health.
- Elevate manager capabilities regarding employee issues and performance concerns.
- Manage ER data, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Improve ER processes for efficiency and scalability.
