Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school.
- 2 or more years of experience in a B2B Sales or Client Services role.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Prior experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Experience in technical or information technologies industry (preferred).
- Ability to work in a sales partnership setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Functional arithmetic skills (calculating margins, percentages, and discounts).
- Strong organizational skills and independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely sales quotations for new product and services business using Salesforce.com.
- Provide enthusiastic client service and communication via phone and email.
- Submit accurate orders to purchasing and facilitate deal registration.
- Provide system reporting and analytics to management and operations.
- Manage multi-tasking and ongoing activities from multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and retain product and industry knowledge.
- Analyze historical pricing for Client Managers.
- Act as a liaison between the Client Manager and the operations/services organization.
