Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a B2B Sales or Client Services role.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in technical or information technologies industry (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a sales partnership setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Functional arithmetic skills (calculating margins, percentages, and discounts).
  • Strong organizational skills and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely sales quotations for new product and services business using Salesforce.com.
  • Provide enthusiastic client service and communication via phone and email.
  • Submit accurate orders to purchasing and facilitate deal registration.
  • Provide system reporting and analytics to management and operations.
  • Manage multi-tasking and ongoing activities from multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and retain product and industry knowledge.
  • Analyze historical pricing for Client Managers.
  • Act as a liaison between the Client Manager and the operations/services organization.
