Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience in health-related product, IT, or analytics.
- Experience in value-based care or managed care/full-risk models.
- 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience.
- Experience developing performance dashboards, including metric definitions and quality checks.
- Ability to explain complex technical and analytic concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a large, highly matrixed organization.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- High EQ with excellent collaboration and influence capabilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care integration team tooling strategy.
- Support product strategy and prioritize intake for Salesforce, Athena, and AI tools.
- Design and test product feature specifications.
- Collect feedback from frontline staff and managers for product enhancements.
- Manage and coordinate IT budget for Complex Care.
- Design and manage implementation of metrics and dashboard enhancements.
- Develop metric definitions and conduct quality assurance.
- Coordinate with shared services and analytics teams for platform improvements.
