- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual site visits and review property layouts
- Analyze architectural plans, service dates, cost bases, and asset details
- Prepare Excel-based asset spreadsheets and engineering reports in Word
- Coordinate with clients and internal sales teams regarding project updates
- Upload project documents and manage report revisions
- Finalize and prepare client-ready PDF reports
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Organize and analyze large sets of building and asset data
- Support project delivery timelines while maintaining accuracy
