Requirements

  • Ability to draft and negotiate high-value, complex claims and variations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience in a matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • Establish contracts and commercial strategy for major bids and contracts.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial terms and conditions with key customers and suppliers.
  • Direct a team of experts and senior managers responsible for assigned areas.
  • Provide contractual and commercial guidance to business unit leaders and program managers.
  • Participate in business alliances, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Negotiate contract variations and resolve high-impact commercial disputes.
  • Provide expert contract/legal/compliance advice to executive-level management.
