Requirements

- Significant experience in contract management and dispute resolution.
- Ability to draft and negotiate high-value, complex claims and variations.
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in a matrix organizational structure.
Responsibilities
- Establish contracts and commercial strategy for major bids and contracts.
- Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial terms and conditions with key customers and suppliers.
- Direct a team of experts and senior managers responsible for assigned areas.
- Provide contractual and commercial guidance to business unit leaders and program managers.
- Participate in business alliances, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Negotiate contract variations and resolve high-impact commercial disputes.
- Provide expert contract/legal/compliance advice to executive-level management.
