  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Takes feedback and guidance well
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or as a virtual assistant is highly regarded

Responsibilities

  • Speak with candidates over the phone and screen suitability for roles
  • Perform bulk emailing and candidate outreach
  • Write and send candidate profiles to clients
  • Assist with management of permanent and locum candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Format CVs
  • Manage CRM and database
  • Provide general recruitment and administration support
  • Work closely with the Principal Consultant on day-to-day activities
