- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence speaking with candidates and clients over the phone
- Outgoing, personable, and professional
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Takes feedback and guidance well
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or as a virtual assistant is highly regarded
Responsibilities
- Speak with candidates over the phone and screen suitability for roles
- Perform bulk emailing and candidate outreach
- Write and send candidate profiles to clients
- Assist with management of permanent and locum candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Format CVs
- Manage CRM and database
- Provide general recruitment and administration support
- Work closely with the Principal Consultant on day-to-day activities
