Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering
- Experience leading implementations in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proven hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Working knowledge of crypto and fintech (blockchain, digital assets, regulatory considerations)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, driving fast, successful customer implementations and adoption
- Design and deliver post-sales solutions that accelerate time to value
- Optimize tools and data to improve workflows and customer experience
- Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API best practices
- Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams
- Create playbooks and implementation guides to speed onboarding
- Partner cross-functionally and with executives, leading technical deep dives
- Stay current on crypto/fintech trends
