Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex IGA implementations
- Strong consulting and advisory skills
- Deep understanding of identity governance principles and processes
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
- Strong experience in solution architecture (microservices, integration patterns)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and complex query writing
- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP, and system integration
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals, cryptography, and Unix/Linux
- Knowledge of identity systems (LDAP, Active Directory) and protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
- Experience integrating with platforms such as SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementation of identity security solutions
- Lead solution design for complex Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations
- Guide key architectural decisions and promote design standards
- Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC
- Manage technical and non-technical stakeholder communication
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Guide and mentor engineers and consultants
- Support integration with enterprise platforms like ERP, HR, and ITSM
