Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Credentialing Specialists and Operational Analysts
  • Oversee credentialing workflows for compliance with NCQA and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance review management
  • Host daily standups and weekly performance reviews
  • Monitor SLA, turnaround times, and quality metrics to drive corrective actions
  • Resolve client escalations and partner with internal stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps and implement documented improvements
  • Create comprehensive SOPs and develop ad hoc operational reports
