Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong exposure to business, GTM, operations, finance, or leadership hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • Experience building or significantly improving recruiting systems, frameworks, or ATS processes.
  • Strong sourcing expertise for competitive or niche roles.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with experience diagnosing funnel issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Gem.
  • Strong judgment and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business, GTM, operations, finance, and senior leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, interview criteria, and leveling.
  • Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Lead structured interview processes and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
  • Drive offer strategy, including compensation alignment and candidate closing.
  • Maintain ATS integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and improve hiring infrastructure such as interview scorecards, rubrics, and leveling frameworks.
  • Analyze recruiting funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Lead and align recruiting stakeholders on process consistency and hiring standards.
  • Act as the internal owner of recruiting strategy.
