- Proven success managing multiple high-volume, high-quality requisitions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational roles
- Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders through data and structured reasoning
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support other recruiters
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting processes across GTM and business operations roles
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners
- Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends
- Influence hiring decisions using data and structured assessment
- Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes
- Ensure alignment between hiring needs and business priorities
