  • Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders through data and structured reasoning
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or support other recruiters
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting processes across GTM and business operations roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners
  • Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends
  • Influence hiring decisions using data and structured assessment
  • Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes
  • Ensure alignment between hiring needs and business priorities
