Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- 5+ years of recent work experience leading large projects, teams, or transformation efforts.
- Experience with process improvements, product implementations, systems development, and integration.
- Proven ability to learn complex business and/or technological concepts.
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to gain trust, negotiate, and influence senior executive stakeholders.
- Ability to broker consensus in politically sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects/programs throughout their full life cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills including coaching and driving accountability.
- Demonstrated strategic skillset to translate metrics and directives into action plans.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Define program objectives and align with organizational strategy.
- Create program charters and business cases.
- Develop program roadmaps and governance structures.
- Establish success metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage program scope, budget, risks, and issues.
- Steer program delivery focusing on Minimum Viable Functionality (MVF).
- Oversee resource allocation and monitoring.
- Manage formal program closure and transition to operations.
- Develop and monitor program budget in partnership with Finance.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and project managers.
