Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic compensation advisory support for hiring, promotions, internal mobility, and retention decisions.
  • Lead job evaluation and titling efforts using established job architecture and leveling frameworks.
  • Conduct market analysis and interpret compensation survey data to inform competitive pay recommendations.
  • Support annual and ongoing compensation cycles, including planning, budgeting, and review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, pay equity principles, and internal compensation policies.
  • Identify and escalate complex or high-risk compensation scenarios.
