Responsibilities
- Provide strategic compensation advisory support for hiring, promotions, internal mobility, and retention decisions.
- Lead job evaluation and titling efforts using established job architecture and leveling frameworks.
- Conduct market analysis and interpret compensation survey data to inform competitive pay recommendations.
- Support annual and ongoing compensation cycles, including planning, budgeting, and review processes.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, pay equity principles, and internal compensation policies.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-risk compensation scenarios.
