Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles within product-led or engineering-driven organizations.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and evaluate trade-offs.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and structured execution.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Communications, and cross-functional business teams.
- Strong systems thinking, organizational skills, and analytical capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams and departments.
- Define and track program success metrics, milestones, and delivery outcomes to ensure measurable impact.
- Facilitate and continuously improve program-level workflows, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Conduct capacity planning, identify resource gaps, and recommend prioritization or escalation strategies.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to align priorities with strategic goals and operational constraints.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Manage program operations including reporting, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as a strategic connector across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- Support storytelling of program progress, outcomes, and impact for diverse audiences.
