- 6-8 years of project/program management or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering product development.
- Advanced level in Execution & Governance.
- Advanced level in Planning.
- Proficient level in Communications & Stakeholder Management.
- Development/nascent level in Continuous Improvement.
- Development/nascent level in Managing Organizational Change.
- Ability to develop and maintain team harmony in a diverse environment.
- Ability to demonstrate workplace resilience.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement right-sized processes for clear workflows and reporting.
- Marshal delivery of highest priority goals.
- Partner with cross-functional leads to define portfolios, programs, and workstreams.
- Ensure alignment and transparency across programs and services.
- Drive teams to hit delivery goals and OKRs.
- Facilitate governance and manage escalations end-to-end.
- Identify and execute process improvements via continuous improvement frameworks.
- Drive planning cycles and manage complex technical program risks.
- Influence organizational policies and standards.
- Plan and execute against technical engineering goals.
