Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or research.
- Degree in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex analytical workstreams.
- Strong background in quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-facing environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience creating client-ready visualizations and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple analytical workstream components.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring analysts and creating best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and presentations.
- Ensure insights support strategic decisions and transformation initiatives.
- Review and validate analytical work from Senior Analysts and Analysts.
- Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies and assumptions.
- Monitor analytical workflows for efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Develop templates and reusable analytical assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment.
