Requirements
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in business development, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection.
- Experience using Apollo or similar CRM tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Webcam for virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Execute targeted cold email outreach campaigns.
- Utilize Apollo CRM for lead management.
- Engage decision-makers across key industries.
- Qualify and set appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
