Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or community-driven roles with a proven track record of exceeding individual targets.
  • Strong background or direct exposure to e-commerce ecosystems such as Amazon, Shopify, DTC, or TikTok Shop.
  • Experience closing high-ticket deals, memberships, partnerships, or B2B sales with measurable conversion results.
  • Solid understanding of founder-led businesses and ability to engage in strategic conversations with experienced entrepreneurs.
  • Hands-on experience managing a personal pipeline using CRM tools (Go High Level or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Self-driven, highly autonomous, and comfortable generating your own pipeline without structured lead support.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for industry events and in-person relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end new business development by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified e-commerce founders into membership programs.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through events, social outreach, referrals, and direct prospecting across Amazon, Shopify, DTC, and related ecosystems.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, handle objections, and guide candidates through the full membership application and closing process.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to align outreach strategies, share market intelligence, and identify new high-value founder segments.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows, converting in-person interactions into qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
  • Contribute insights from the field regarding market trends, objections, and founder needs to continuously improve acquisition strategy.
