Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or community-facing roles.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting individual sales targets.
  • Deep exposure to ecommerce (brand operator, agency, SaaS, or platform).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Amazon, DTC, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Proven experience closing high-ticket memberships or B2B deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, ideally Go High Level.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Accountable, self-directed working style.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for events.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified prospects through networking and social outreach.
  • Execute outbound campaigns to engage high-potential founders.
  • Manage end-to-end discovery and sales process.
  • Maintain and update pipeline in Go High Level CRM.
  • Represent MDS at industry events like Amazon Accelerate and Prosper Show.
  • Build personal brand presence within the ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Provide market and founder intelligence to the team.
  • Track individual conversion metrics and optimize sales approach.
