Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or community-facing roles.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting individual sales targets.
- Deep exposure to ecommerce (brand operator, agency, SaaS, or platform).
- Expert-level knowledge of Amazon, DTC, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
- Proven experience closing high-ticket memberships or B2B deals.
- Proficiency with CRM software, ideally Go High Level.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Accountable, self-directed working style.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly for events.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified prospects through networking and social outreach.
- Execute outbound campaigns to engage high-potential founders.
- Manage end-to-end discovery and sales process.
- Maintain and update pipeline in Go High Level CRM.
- Represent MDS at industry events like Amazon Accelerate and Prosper Show.
- Build personal brand presence within the ecommerce ecosystem.
- Provide market and founder intelligence to the team.
- Track individual conversion metrics and optimize sales approach.
