Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a BDR of digital services
  • language services experience is a must
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM software
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong decision-making, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 or C1 level)
  • Fluency in a foreign language
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedules.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Reach out to customer leads through daily cold calling.
  • Develop and deliver presentations of our services and products.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline and strong ongoing relationships with prospects.
