Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's or associate degree
- 1-2 Years of Sales or Related Experience: Preferably in a BDR, Sales Development, or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to clearly convey value propositions and engage potential clients.
- A natural curiosity to learn about the prospect’s needs and an ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong.io, Slack, Teams, and Zoom Video
- A results-driven approach to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments to support broader sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify target accounts and key contacts within those organizations.
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify potential customers through discovery calls, LinkedIn messaging and emails, assessing needs, timing, and decision-making processes.
- Accurately manage and document lead interactions and prospecting activities in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach and Gong.io.
- Work closely with our sales counterpart and marketing team to refine outreach strategies, leverage insights from campaigns, and improve the effectiveness of the lead generation process.
- Craft and deliver tailored messages to engage prospects and move them down the sales funnel, creating a compelling experience that aligns with Nucleus’ values.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, stay up to date with industry trends, and apply feedback to enhance your sales techniques.
