Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in establishing effective business partnerships.
- Proficiency in user interviews, requirements gathering, and application development artifacts.
- Strong analytical and system design skills.
- Experience working in a technical environment communicating with non-technical audiences.
- Experience with self-service support tools and shift-left initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Jira Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI technologies.
- Familiarity with Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma, and Airtable.
Responsibilities
- Align with business groups on strategic vision and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions and analyze key business processes.
- Drive productivity by improving existing processes or implementing new AI-driven solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with engineers.
- Support business users on system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and prioritize bug fixes and enhancements.
- Support product development and release lifecycles, including User Acceptance Testing.
